Absolute Perfection

We had an amazing time. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by Villa Pacifica. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. I can’t say enough about the grounds, the staff and the level of service provided throughout our stay. Efren and Lupita treated our family like royalty. They were warm and welcoming, professional, and extremely resourceful. I credit the two of them for making our vacation one that we will never forget. We will definitely be back.

– We had a minor accident the day after our arrival. My nephew slipped and fell, and we were concerned about a possible concussion. Within minutes after the fall, Efren had a doctor at the Villa to address the situation. Impressive…to say the least. We were still a little concerned the next morning, so Efren volunteered to drive us to the hospital to have a precautionary CT Scan. The scan came back clear, so we were able to relax again and  enjoy the remainder of stay. Again,we were blown way by Efren!

– We will be back sometime next spring or summer. (and  hopefully every year after that!)
