Located on the farm that belonged to a previous Ute leader, Ouray, and his wife, lies the Ute Indian Museum, which is dedicated to honoring the indigenous, western Colorado tribe. Unique displays, including the grave of Chipeta and Ouray Monument, are open to the public.
