Erica is the Director of Guest Services at Exceptional Stays and loves helping people travel, explore, and enjoy new experiences. She has spent most of her career in the hospitality and travel industry.

Erica is from Marco Island, Florida. However, she has lived in Telluride since 2003, where she enjoys everything from morning hammock sessions with warm coffee to after-work hikes with friends. Her favorite thing about Telluride is the blissful summers which make her heart sing. 

Erica is the Queen of the great outdoors, never missing an opportunity to hit the road searching for new adventures. She lives life to the fullest, traveling all over the globe, mountain biking, and spending time with her 15-year-old son.
