Ten ziplines and an impressive suspension bridge will test your skills, and you'll discover the best views of the Pacific Ocean, Punta Mita and the bay from your unique vantage point high in the air. Once you're on the high-speed line, you may expect to reach speeds of 50 miles per hour, and you'll have no worries because everything is built to the highest safety standards. You'll also be outfitted with approved safety gear before your adventure begins.
ATV Experience
Available only to adults age 18 and up, this 2.5-hour adventure allows you to take your ATV on the high road and along the beach and the river. You'll start out thoroughly exploring Higuera Blanca before heading into the jungle and onto Litibu Beach, where you can utilize the mirador to enjoy exceptional views of the bay. Tours are available morning, noon and mid-afternoon Monday through Saturday, and bottled water is available throughout the day.
Horse-Drawn Carriage Ride
Those looking for an activity that allows for relaxation are sure to enjoy this pleasant ride in a lovely carriage. Your horse and driver will take you through the countryside, through the town of Higuera Blanca and to Litibu Beach. Along the way, you'll learn a bit about local traditions and customs and enjoy nature at its very best. You may choose a ride of either 1.5 or 2.5 hours, and don't forget to ask for your souvenir photo. Those choosing the longer ride will have the opportunity to stop and spend some time on the beach.
Climb and Hike Cerro Del Mono
Also known as Monkey Mountain, Cerro Del Mono is considered one of the area's largest hills that boasts spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, miles of coastline, mountains, valleys and the surrounding countryside once you've reached the top. Expect to discover giant tropical trees, native plants, flowers and animals and an abundance of interesting migratory birds. Don't be surprised to see cows wandering freely, and the hill has a reputation for an awesome butterfly habitation as well. This climb can be strenuous at times, but you need only be in moderate shape to successfully make it to the top. The entire expedition should take no more than 2.5 hours, and your professional guide will provide you with bottled water throughout the day.
